Return policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, contact us at customerservice@preyjewelry.com.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing begins. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout and are not guaranteed. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address, carrier delays, or lost or stolen packages once shipped. If a package is returned due to an address error or refusal, reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If tracking shows “delivered” but the package is missing, please contact the carrier directly.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

Is PREY a wholesale-only business?

No. PREY offers chain supplies for permanent jewelry artists as well as permanent jewelry services. Our business is built to serve both professionals and customers through curated chains, services, and events.

What materials do you offer?

We offer a curated selection of stainless steel, gold plated, gold filled, and sterling silver, gunmetal, rhodium and enamel chains. All materials are selected with durability, quality, and long-term wear in mind.

Are your chains tested for durability and wear?

Yes. All PREY chains are tested for durability, daily wear, and welding compatibility before being released. Proper application and care are important, but our chains are chosen to meet the demands of permanent jewelry use.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, PREY ships within the United States only. We are working toward offering international shipping in the future.
